What is the 'NOW' Order?

These orders must be executed right away, and for best efficiency; must be dispatched to the nearest driver to the pick up point
 

How to dispatch it:

The Recommendation Engine

1- After creating the order , you will be automatically forwarded to the page called "Assign":
In this page you will see only the list of online "FREE" drivers sorted by the nearest to the pick up, followed by the list of "BUSY" drivers having the "Going To" Zone matching the Zone of this new order Pick Up Zone. Those are the drivers heading to this zone right now, and might get free

Hint: The drivers on the top of the list are the ones recommended by LimoNTaxi for taking your order

 

You can click on the driver record to see the driver occupancy.

And once you identify your most approprate driver to takt this order, you can either use the "Assign" or "Add Task" buttons.

The "Assign" Button 

The order will be sent to the driver in the ACCEPT/REJECT format, and he will hear the buzz for 30 seconds.
If the order is accepted, the order status will change to "Assigned - Going To Customer" and the driver will see the map on the App as he has to drive right away to the pick up location.
If the order was either rejected or not responded to (within the 30 seconds), the order will remain "Pending" on the system and the Dispatcher will have to try to assign to other driver (From the Orders Page)

The "Add Task" Button

The order will be instered in the driver's log without seeking his approval. A vibrate and beeb will be heard by the driver to indicate a task modification in his work log (New Task added, or Task removed).

The tasks/orders can be removed from the drivers log based on customer request to cancel an order or in the case of the dispatcher's decision to re-assign the order to other driver
