How LimoNTaxi Dispatching Works
LimoNTaxi supports 2 types of orders:
'Now' orders which sometimes referred to as "ASAP" or as-soon-as-possible, and the "Future' orders. The later are the orders that that the drivers don't have to start executing them right away, they can be either after some hours from now or even in a future date.
And LimoNTaxi offers 3 ways to communicate the new orders to drivers:
1- Assign: Real time message to the online drivers (Free or Busy) in ACCEPT/REJECT mode (where the driver sees 2 buttons, one for ACCEPT and one for REJECT)
2- Send Announcement: Real time message to the online driver in an ANNOUNCEMENT mode (where the driver have only one button labeled OK)
3- Add Task: Silent assignment of the order to the drivers work log, where the order is added to the driver's work log without communicating any messages with him/her. (The next time the driver checks the ORDERS tab, he/she will see all orders assigned silently to him/her)
