Add New Order
Typically the dispatcher should be looking into the main dashboard to monitor the available online drivers, which ones are FREE and in which area they are currently located.
Phone call is received
The dispatcher should switch to the orders page
The screen shows the latest added customer, so in case you just added new customer from the Customer Page, you can directly add order to him/her from this page
If you didn't add the customer before, you typically ask the caller if he/she is 'Existing' or 'New' Customer. And if he/she said that he is an existing customer (i.e. used your service before), then you should ask him/her for the phone number or name to search for him/her. And in case he/she was a First-Time Customer, you should use the button "Add New Customer"
After searching for the customer, you can press the button of "Add Order" to start creating new order for him/her
